S Hari Haran is a dermatologist and an alumnus of Government Tirunelveli Medical College and Rajah Muthiah Medical College. A native of Tirunelveli, he now resides in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with his wife and son. An avid reader of books of spiritual wisdom, he is a saadhak belonging to Sri Ramananda ashram of Palakkad, Kerala.
