Most of us spend one-third of our life sleeping, at least one-third of it working on our careers or taking care of our families. The balance is spent in recreational, cultural or religious pursuits or just lolling around.

Too many people live dull drab lives, tiling in unsatisfying jobs, and using what free time they have in unrewarding pursuits. This book discusses the reason we fall into these traps, and provides pointers to help overcome problems and move forward to a better, more productive and more satisfying life.
